Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Typo in Your Name, Address?
After checkout, or in orders sent via our fast online order form, we can correct any information and data you have provided us, until that point in time when your order has not been shipped already. We hold no responsibility for incomplete or erroneous information, thus, if the successful delivery isn't feasible due to this reason, we are not able to refund the shipping fees. If an order returns back to us caused by a failed delivery attempt on the receiver’s behalf, we need to re-apply the shipping fee, which will be charged (up to 10€).
Shipping fees are the customer´s/receiver’s responsibility and it can widely vary from country of destination to another. Please also note, that shipping fees can't be returned.

RETURN POLICY
Do You need a Refund or an Exchange?
As a Alfa & Omega Rosin client, You’re entitled to a 14-day refund/exchange window once you receive your package. You may ask for a refund of your product or exchange it for another rosin of your liking. In both cases, the item must be returned in its original condition, its original packaging, and unused.
In case of lost packages during the return transportation, we will not be held accountable. Also, please allow up to 15-20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We will only issue a refund or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us. If the items do not reach us in their original condition we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Did you receive a broken or deformed rosin cake?
If you receive a deformed product please do not hesitate to send us an email at balazs.istvan@gmail.com in order to properly assist you.
After the deformity is established we will ask you to send the item back to us. We will also ask you to provide us with information regarding shipping arrangements. Once we receive the aforementioned documents, you will be offered a refund or the option to exchange it for a new product.
During this procedure, you will not be held responsible for any costs of any kind.
Do You want to cancel Your order?
We are committed to getting your order dispatched as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order up until the point of shipping. Once the package is shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
